Hi friend!! So ya wanna get to know me, huh? Well, I grew up in SoCal, then moved to Mendocino County as a young teenager - so you can catch me in a dodger hat occasionally ;) I'm a wife and a mama of two, and I LOVE it. I have my bachelor degree in Psychology, and planned to pursue that career, but fell in love with my old camera after graduation and left my social work job to do pursue this full time! I am 100% a homebody - you can catch me in my pjs allll day long unless it's wedding day! BUT my extroverted alter ego comes out at sessions because I have the absolute BEST time with you guys! I'm an enneagram 6 if you're into that, a lil bit sassy, and love the Lord with my whole heart. I have two precious golden retrievers and eat ice cream a little more than I would like to admit. I think those are all the deets... let me tell you WHY I do this...

My Why

Some of my favorite memories are sitting in my parent’s room and looking through this old box of printed photos my mom has from years and years. Pictures of my siblings and I as children, pictures of my grandfather who passed before I could meet him, and pictures of my parents wedding over twenty years ago. I felt as if I was in those moments. Pictures have the power to tell stories.

My absolute favorite thing is details. Telling the story through the little moments we take for granted. This is my why, the reason I keep coming back to the camera...
